Terms and Conditions for "Refer a Friend" Program
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the "Refer a Friend" program ("Program") offered by Tech Interview Coaching ("Company"). By participating in the Program, both the referrer ("Referrer") and the referred friend ("Friend") agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Program is open to existing customers of the Company who have an active account and have booked at least one coaching session.
2.2. The Friend must be a new customer who has not previously booked any sessions with the Company.
3. Referral Process
3.1. The Referrer can refer a Friend by sending them the unique referral link provided on the "Refer a Friend" page.
3.2. The Friend must use the referral link to create a new account and book their sessions.
3.3. The Referrer and the Friend will each receive one free coaching credit once the Friend has completed their second coaching session.
4. Rewards
4.1. The free coaching credit will be credited to the accounts of both the Referrer and the Friend within 10 days after the Friend's second session is confirmed.
4.2. The coaching credit can be used for booking future sessions and is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
5. Limitations
5.1. The Referrer can refer an unlimited number of Friends but can only earn a maximum of 12 free credits per 12 months period.
5.2. If the Friend cancels their second session or does not complete it, the reward will not be issued.
5.3. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any Referrer or Friend from the Program if fraudulent activity or misuse is detected.
6. Modification and Termination
6.1. The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
6.2. Any modifications or termination will not affect credits already earned by participants before the changes take effect.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
7.1. By participating in the Program, the Referrer and the Friend agree to the Company's use of their personal data for the purposes of administering the Program.
7.2. The Company will handle all personal data in accordance with its [Privacy Policy](link to Privacy Policy).
8. Liability
8.1. The Company is not responsible for any errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communication line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, referral entries.
8.2. The Company is not responsible for any issues or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or referral to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, or at any website.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
